The shaking will charge the battery so if you are in need of a flashlight but do not have access to new batteries or an outlet you will still have use of your flashlight.

Flashlights can be made of several different materials. The most common and probably least expensive are the flashlights that are made of plastic. The plastic flashlights tend to be very light and easy to hold for an extended amount of time.

Some flashlights are made of metal or steal. These are most commonly sold to security guards or construction workers. The construction workers can be very hard on their tools so the heavier the metal the better. If it drops on the floor or off of a truck there is less of a chance that it will be damaged in the fall.

Whatever you need a flashlight for you are sure to find one that fits your needs. Every household should have at least one flashlight or more and they should be kept where you can access them very easily.
